Currently, Geoar's demos work in SOLO mode (look for that documentation on OpenLaszlo site). Despite of that, you can use it on Server mode too, but you have to be familiar with that differences on OpenLaszlo developments.
In order to "just use" Geoar, you can take the SOLO mode version and put it on an Apache server (in SOLO mode it's a flash file). Deploying is as easier as unzip those files into htdocs folder (or your website folder) and configure geoar-flash XML file.
If you want to work in Server Mode, we recommend you reading documentation from OpenLaszlo site (you can find them into our links section)
To work on GeoAr development you must install the following tools:
· OpenLaszlo 3.1 or higher
· Java 1.4.x or higher
Settings & Enviroment :
· Eclipse 3.1 or higher
· IDE4Laszlo 0.2.0 or higher
Notes:
The current distributed project was developed using Eclipse 3.1, IDE4Laszlo 0.2.0, Java 1.5 and OpenLaszlo 3.1. |
